All River Ridge residents are bound by the covenants and bylaws of the River Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc. The affairs of the Association are governed by a biennially elected Board of Directors in partnership with Heritage Property Management. Please contact the Board or Heritage with any questions or concerns regarding the community.
Current annual homeowner dues are $2,040. Assessments are used for the general purposes of promoting the recreation, health, safety, welfare, common benefit, and enjoyment of the Association.
Homeowner benefits from the payment of annual dues include but are not limited to:
- Access to community amenities, including the clubhouse, tennis/pickleball courts, and swimming pool.
- Weekly professional community-wide common area and personal yard maintenance. (Residents – more detailed information is on this page.)
- Community dog walk stations with weekly waste removal.
