River Ridge is a diverse neighborhood located in the affluent Johns Creek suburb of Atlanta.  With 209 single family and townhomes, we are always on the lookout for partnerships that are mutually beneficial for our homeowners and local business owners and contractors.  Please note River Ridge is a no-solicitation neighborhood.  All partnerships and marketing to our residents must first be approved by the HOA.

Some possible areas of partnerships:

• Coupon or product samples for inclusion in our new resident welcome baskets
• Catering for community events
• Limited time deals for household contracting and maintenance
• Discounts for local businesses and restaurants
• Business sponsorships for printed newsletters and directories

We also have opened our clubhouse to business owners wishing to host an event for our residents, including wine tastings, cooking classes, exercise classes, gardening classes, financial workshops, and more.
