River Ridge residents have year round access to the community clubhouse, tennis/pickleball courts, and pool located at 8600 Club Way, 30022. Entrance to each is controlled by the resident’s personalized keyless access card, and all facilities are monitored by video surveillance. If you have misplaced or are experiencing problems with your keycard, please contact Heritage Property Management at (770) 200-8218 or access@heritageproperty.com. Clubhouse
River Ridge homeowners enjoy the use of our multi-level clubhouse located at 8600 Club Way. The main level accommodates up to 51 guests and is exclusively for private party rental and community events. It features multiple sitting areas, wireless internet access, smart TV, functional gas fireplace, outdoor balcony with access to lower deck and grill, restrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, sink and wet bar.

The lower level of the River Ridge clubhouse is designed to be used as an open lounge area by homeowners while enjoying the community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and outdoor gathering spaces. It is equipped with a climate controlled indoor sitting area, wireless internet access, smart TV, game table, board games and card decks, dart board, restrooms, refrigerator, microwave, commercial ice maker, sink, covered patio, and outdoor charcoal grill. This area is not able to be reserved for personal entertainment purposes.
All common areas and grounds within River Ridge are non-smoking and non-vaping spaces.
Tennis/Pickleball Courts
With two lighted hard surface courts, River Ridge has an active recreational tennis and pickleball community and multiple year round competitive men’s and women’s singles, doubles, and mixed doubles teams are available to residents. If you are a River Ridge homeowner or nearby resident and would like to get involved in River Ridge tennis, please contact the Board at Board@RiverRidgeHOA.net. Out of consideration to our residents, court play is prohibited after 11pm.
Court Access and Rules:
1. Courts are for the use of River Ridge residents and their guests only.
2. Courts are for tennis/pickleball only. No other activities are allowed on the courts. No animals are allowed.
3. Tennis shoes only. No black rubber soles.
4. When leaving, clean up, empty trash, lock up gates, and turn off lights. Return all furniture in the viewing area to the original position.

Swimming Pool
The River Ridge pool season begins late spring and ends late summer to early fall, depending on weather and demand. Open 7am-11pm, our saltwater filtered pool is a favorite gathering place for residents and their guests.

Pool Rules:
1. Swim at your own risk. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
2. River Ridge residents and a max of 3 escorted guests per adult resident only.
3. No running, pushing, excessive noise, or rough-housing allowed.
4. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
5. No glass containers allowed in the pool area at any time.
6. Gate must be locked at all times upon entering and leaving pool area.
7. Place all trash in containers, lower umbrellas, and straighten furniture upon leaving.
8. No pets of any type are allowed in the pool area.
Dog Walk Stations
River Ridge has designated dog walk and relief areas marked throughout the community. Pet owners are responsible for picking up their pet waste and disposing of it in the marked containers, which are professionally maintained and emptied on a regular basis.
Emergency Equipment
Our facilities include an outdoor emergency phone in the pool area to the right of the clubhouse doors, and an Automatic Emergency Defibrillator and First Aid Kit in the interior of the lower level of the clubhouse, in the restroom area.
